Bob is Managing Principal of Windsor Wealth Management. Bob holds memberships in the Financial Planning Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. Bob also possesses several securities industry licenses. He holds B.S. degrees in accounting and management from Ball State University, which he completed in 1981.

He began his professional career as an auditor and accountant with Ernst & Young in Indianapolis where he successfully completed the Certified Public Accountant examination in 1981. Bob was appointed president and director of a regional investment company where he was responsible for strategic development, service quality and growth of trust services, personal financial counseling, and investment brokerage services. Under Bob’s direction, client assets grew to over $1.3 billion. Bob returned to Indianapolis in 1996 and served as president of a regional financial services firm where he was responsible for the strategic development and growth of the firm’s entry into the investment and wealth management business. He was instrumental for growth from a start-up business to managing assets for over 170 families and institutions with assets totaling over $300 million in just two years. He has advised Windsor clients since 2000.

Bob serves as non-executive chairman of the board of National Advisors Trust Company, a $12 billion independent trust company located in Kansas City, MO. Bob is also a director of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra Foundation, trustee and treasurer of University High School of Indiana, trustee of The Lacy Foundation and member of the MusicCrossroads Steering Committee. Bob is past chairman of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, where he oversaw a $28 million annual budget and $20 million in qualified plan assets. Bob served as president of the United Methodist Foundation of Indiana, a $28 million faith-based foundation, and chair of the statewide Indiana Humanities Council and The Learning Collaborative.

Ball State University honored Bob with a 2010 Award of Achievement from the Miller College of Business. The Indianapolis Symphony awarded the 2010 Mallett Ambassador Award to Bob and his wife for their leadership and support of the ISO in the Indianapolis community. The Indiana CPA Society awarded Bob with the 2004 Outstanding Public Service Award. The Lacy Leadership Association awarded the 2001 Edna B. Lacy Community Service Award to Bob for his community leadership in Indianapolis. The Indianapolis Business Journal named Bob to the “40 Under 40” listing in 1998. Ball State University honored Bob as one of its 75 Outstanding Young Alumnus award recipients in 1994. Bob and his wife of over 35 years, Rhonda, live in Carmel, Indiana and have two children, Kylie and Kevin.
