Bob is a Managing Principal of Windsor. He has over 41 years of service and started his career as an auditor and accountant with Ernst & Young in Indianapolis where he successfully completed the Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) examination in 1981.

Bob was appointed president and director of a regional investment company where he was responsible for strategic development, service quality and growth of trust services, personal financial counseling, and investment brokerage services. He was instrumental for growth from a start-up business to managing assets for over 170 families and institutions with assets totaling over $300 million in just two years.

Since 2011, Bob has also served as Chairman of the Board of the National Advisors Trust Company, a nationally-chartered private trust company that is partnered with Windsor.

Bob has been active as a community trustee in the Indianapolis philanthropic sector, serving various high-profile education, arts and humanities organizations as a leader in strategic planning, finance, development and chairman of the board. Bob graduated from Ball State University in 1981 before joining Windsor in 2000. He and his wife of over 40 years, Rhonda, live in Carmel, Indiana and have two children, Kylie and Kevin.
