Randy is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Windsor. He has over 42 years of insight and experience successfully managing clients’ individual financial situations through constantly changing investment and tax law environments. He has built his practice around physicians and the unique challenges they face in today’s medical landscape.

Since 2009, Randy has been named to Indianapolis Monthly’s list of Five Star Wealth Advisors. He has also been invited to the Barron’s Top 500 Advisors Forum since 2010. He served for 10 years on Second Presbyterian Church Endowment Board, last two years as Chairman.

Randy graduated from Ball State University in 1980 before co-founding Windsor in 1986. He completed his CFP requirements in March 1986 and was admitted to the Registry of Financial Planning Practitioners in 1988 before it was transferred to the CFP Board of Standards in 1994. He is a fifth generation Hamilton County resident, where he is involved in a local rotary club. He lives in Carmel with his wife Kathy and has two adult children.

Five Star Wealth Managers awards are given to industry qualified advisors that meet 10 objective eligibility and evaluation criteria associated with providing quality services to clients.

Eligibility Criteria – Required

  1. Credentialed as an investment advisory representative (IAR) or a registered investment advisor.
  2. Actively employed as a credentialed professional in the financial services industry for a minimum of 5 years.
  3. Favorable regulatory and complaint history review.
  4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal firm standards.
  5. Accepting new clients.

Evaluation Criteria - Considered

  1. One-year client retention rate.
  2. Five-year client retention rate.
  3. Non-institutional discretionary and/or non-discretionary client assets administered.
  4. Number of client households served.
  5. Education and professional designations.
