As a Chief Investment Officer at Windsor Wealth Management, Jim serves as a senior member of the firm’s Investment Policy Committee.  Jim earned a Master’s degree in Finance from The Stern School of Business at New York University in 1995 and completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of California at Santa Barbara in 1990.  Jim is a CFA® charterholder and is a member of the CFA® society of Indianapolis.

After working as a manufacturing engineer in the technology industry, Jim focused his career on investments.  He began working at Merrill Lynch in New York in asset backed fixed income research while completing his Master's degree.  Upon completing graduate school, Jim joined Bankers Trust in New York as an equity research analyst covering the consumer, telecom and technology sectors. In 1999, Jim relocated his family to Indianapolis to work as an equity analyst for the Fundamental Growth Team at Conseco Capital Management.  Jim assumed the role of Portfolio Manager when the investment team moved to Strong Capital Management.  It was here that Jim and Frank Esposito began working together managing client portfolios.  Wells Fargo Asset Management acquired Strong Capital Management in 2004 where Jim continued to work as a Portfolio Manager until joining Invesco Capital Management as a Senior Portfolio Manager in 2011.  In September 2019, he joined Windsor Wealth Management as a Managing Principal.

Jim co-leads Windsor’s Security Selection Team and is a member of the Investment Policy Committee. Jim concentrates on providing investment management services for business owners, executives, investment management professionals, non-profits and individuals.

Jim and his wife Jeanette met while attending graduate school at NYU and were married in 1996.  They live in Westfield and have three sons, one is majoring in engineering at Purdue, one is an accounting major at SMU and the third will be attending Purdue as an engineering major in the Fall of 2020.
