Jim is the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Principal of Windsor. He has over 29 years of service and leads Windsor’s Investment Department, overseeing investment research and the Security Selection Team and is a member of the Investment Policy Committee. In addition, Jim assists in working with clients on the management of their investment portfolios. Jim concentrates on providing investment management services to business owners, executives, investment management professionals, non-profits, and individuals.
Prior to joining Windsor in 2019, Jim was the Sr. Portfolio Manager of the $3.5 billion Invesco Mid-Cap Growth fund and a co-manager on the $451.2 million Invesco Global Small & Mid Cap Growth Fund. In addition, he managed a team of investment professionals that also managed the Invesco Discovery Small Cap Growth fund. Prior to Invesco, Jim was the Lead Portfolio Manager on both a midcap growth fund and small-midcap growth fund at Wells Capital Management for over 10 years.
Jim Graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1990 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and graduated from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 1995 with a Master’s degree in Finance. In addition, Jim is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Indianapolis. Jim and his wife Jeanette met while attending graduate school at NYU and were married in 1996. They live in Westfield and have three adult sons.
